Maybelline Master Contour | Review

I saw Maybelline Master Contour advertised on TV, and the power of advertising worked on me because as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to have it. Not only did it it look like it would solve all my contouring problems, for the price of £6.99 I couldn't not have it! I love the idea of contouring, but having tried a variety of methods, none of them seem to work for me, so I thought I'd give this a try.

It's a really good idea as it's a 2 in 1 contour and highlight stick with a creamy matte texture and to me, it's fool proof. You draw onto your face the areas you want to focus on and then blend through with a brush. I use the contour side just under my cheek bone, along my jaw line, down the bridge of my nose and the top of my forehead, blend through and then I use the highlight side on my cheek bone and blend that through too. Also, it's a handy travel size, so you can contour even when you're away from home!

I think this is the most effective method I've tried, it provides definition really naturally and it's definitely buidable for nights out when you're after a more defined look. If you're looking for a cheap, easy way to contour, I can't recommend this product enough!
