Goals for 2015

Saturday, 3 January 2015

As mentioned last year in my Goals for 2014 post, I like to set myself a few goals that I want to achieve by the end of the year. To see how I got on with my 2014 goals, read my review that I posted last week, but for now, here are my goals for this year:

1./Complete my Masters
I've found this first term of my masters extremely challenging and haven't experienced anything like it before, however, I'm determined to complete it and achieve the best grade that I can. I'm not going to put pressure on myself to get the best grade possible like I did with my undergraduate, but instead I'll be pleased with whatever mark I end up with.

2./Start my Career
This may sound like a really easy one, but for me it's so difficult because I have absolutely no idea what I want to do with my life. Whilst I'm doing a masters in forensic psychology, I've since decided that I don't want to stay on that path, but would rather use my masters to increase my employability. I have so many different prospective job ideas, but I'm still so unsure what I want to do. I need to do a lot of researching and a lot of job applications, here's hoping that this time next year I'll be in my dream job!

3./Move Out
Although I don't mind living at home, it was difficult coming home from university with the large amount of independence to my family home where I have to fit in around their routine. I want to stay living in London, but perhaps get closer to central London, which is going to be so expensive and so a lot of saving is going to be necessary.

4./Do More Consistent Exercise
I was always active at school as I was involved in several sports teams and whilst at university I often went to the gym and even played lacrosse for a while. However, since starting my masters and working at Clarks, I rarely exercise and whilst I know how bad it is for me, I excuse my lack of exercise by stating that I do a lot of walking whilst at work which I like to think burns all my calories. However, I know that I must take part in some proper exercise as running around at work really is not enough!

5./Get 100 Followers on Bloglovin
One of my goals last year was to get more involved in blogging and whilst I did achieve that to some extent, there is still a long way for me to go. Therefore, if I can get 100 or more followers on Bloglovin, I'll know I'm doing something right.

What are your goals for 2015? Let me know in the comments below.
